Payment Information
Processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or our payment partner.
We never store full credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information

We may share mobile information only with service providers that help us operate and deliver the SongGifted messaging program, such as telecommunications providers, and only as necessary to provide that service. Those providers may not use the information for their own marketing.

4. Mobile Messaging Privacy
SongGifted sends text messages only to people who separately and expressly opt in through a SongGifted form or another clearly disclosed method. The program may provide a secure saved-song resume link, up to two completion reminders, and the current SongGifted offer. Message frequency is limited to up to three messages per saved song. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email support@songgifted.com. We retain consent records, including the date, source, and version of the disclosure, as needed to document and honor your communication preferences.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
