Delivery and customer responses
Delivery estimates assume that the customer provides complete information and responds to approval requests by the stated deadlines. Time spent waiting for lyric selections, demo selections, corrections, or other customer information is not included in SongGifted production time. Late, incomplete, conflicting, or substantially changed feedback may move the order to the next available production date. SongGifted will provide an updated estimated delivery date when this occurs and is not responsible for missed event dates or other delays caused by customer approval delays, incomplete information, or substantial changes requested after production begins.
Producer-Crafted free-remake guarantee
Producer-Crafted includes one complimentary remake when requested within 24 hours of the initial song delivery. The remake uses the same original story, submitted information, and core lyrics, with minor lyric adjustments and a refreshed vibe, vocal treatment, or production direction based on the customer’s feedback. It does not include an entirely new story, a substantially different brief, major information submitted after production, or additional remake rounds. Additional revisions may be available for purchase.
Signature Studio approvals and free-remake guarantee
Signature Studio includes two lyric directions, customer lyric selection and editing, two representative 60–90 second musical demo clips, customer demo selection, and final production based on those approvals. Once lyrics and a demo direction are approved, those creative decisions become final. After the initial song delivery, one complimentary remake may be requested within 24 hours. The remake uses the same approved story, submitted information, and core lyrics, with minor lyric adjustments and a refreshed vibe, vocal treatment, or production direction based on the customer’s feedback. Commercial & Monetized Use License
The Commercial & Monetized Use License permits use of one approved final SongGifted song in monetized content, paid events, business presentations, advertising, branded social media, websites, podcasts, and promotional videos. It is a non-exclusive, ongoing use license and does not transfer ownership of the underlying composition or master. The song may not be resold, relicensed, registered as stock music, or claimed through a Content ID system. SongGifted may display the work unless a separate privacy arrangement applies. Requests whose primary purpose is a business jingle or brand campaign belong in SongGifted’s separate business-song service.
Streaming submission
Streaming submission begins after final song approval and receipt of all required release information. Most major services publish within approximately 7–10 days, but an individual platform may require up to 14 days or longer. SongGifted cannot guarantee platform acceptance, search placement, availability in every country, or an exact publication date. The customer confirms that they have permission to use any names, photographs, artwork, trademarks, or other materials they supply.
Physical keepsakes
Physical keepsakes enter production only after the finished song and any included remix have been approved. Physical fulfillment follows a separate schedule and does not delay digital delivery. Custom 7-inch records are available only for U.S. delivery and include shipping. CDs and cassettes are available for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand; country-based flat-rate shipping is added at checkout. Production and delivery dates are estimates. Damaged or defective products must be reported to support@songgifted.com with photographs within seven days after delivery. Address corrections or replacements caused by an incorrect customer-supplied address may require additional payment.
