What do I need to provide to make a video for my song?
If you ordered a Premium or Premium Plus package, a video questionnaire link will be emailed
after your song has been emailed to you. The questionnaire asks details about the person(s) you want as
“representative characters” in the video — such as height, race, hair color/length, etc. — so the avatar characters
accurately represent your story. Videos generally take 1–2 additional days after your song is delivered.
What if I already have a SongGifted song and want only a video?
You can add the “Video Creation Only” option on the page (or we can convert it into an order bump).
Do you offer songs on CD or Vinyl Records?
We’re working out the logistics and plan to offer this in the future. Please join our mailing list to be kept posted
