- You authorize us to create a custom song from the material you provide
Ownership of Final Songs
For all paid orders:
You receive full rights to use your song for personal, commercial, and promotional purposes.
SongGifted.com may request permission to feature your song as an example.
We will never do so without your express written consent.
5. Payments, Delivery & Refunds
Payments
All pricing is displayed on SongGifted.com. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
Delivery
Typical delivery times are listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons.
Songs are delivered digitally via download link or email.
Revisions
Each package includes the revision amount stated on the product page.
Additional revisions may be purchased if needed.
Refund Policy
- Orders canceled before work begins may be eligible for a full refund
- Once work has started, all sales are final
- If a mistake is made on our end, we will revise it at no charge
- Orders canceled due to content violations are not refundable
6. Limitations & Liability
